In 2011 Dr Julianne Sansa Otim, of School of Computing and Informatics – MUK and I (Sam Agona), wrote a precise conference paper on “Readiness of Uganda for Analog to Digital Migration by December, 2012”, our focus was mainly policy but we equally looked at the technology that
was to be deployed, we presented the paper at IJCIR Conference at Hotel Protea in Kampala.
